Updated February 7, 2015. Hi, I'm Joe Lizura, Television Executive Producer,Television Meteorologist and Executive Director of The Solar Alliance Foundation. For more than 25 years, I've spent my days either in front of the camera, most recently as an AMS certified Television Meteorologist
and show host (NBC, CBS, ABC, KUSI), behind the scenes as a television show developer, Executive Producer, and start-up entertainment CEO of several companies (http://www.linkedin.com/in/joelizura) and as a supporter and fundraiser for many charities. When people ask me which I prefer the most, to be in front of the camera or behind it, I simply answer "Yes" because I love the television business because whether I'm doing the weather, or writing television episodes for families and children to enjoy. I've worked with some really terrific writers, producers, designers, directors, camera operators, news directors, actors and songwriters, and together we've created some really amazing, fun television.
After many years of helping people and organizations with their liveshots, I decided to write a book about liveshots and the free promotion those liveshots generate, here is the book and it is available on both Smashwords and Amazon. Just click here and you can learn more about my book:
Televison Promotion also available on Smashwords (click on book cover)

In 2012 he had a fantastic opportunity to help start a foundation to help disabled veterans. It's called The Solar Alliance Foundation and it really is going to be a fantastic foundation. If you get a chance, visit the website and maybe even make a donation.
